Okushiga Kogen is just one part of the
huge Shiga Kogen maze of hills and runs up in the mountains of
north-eastern Nagano. Located in the far northern part of Shiga
it has it's own special atmosphere, and in many ways feels like an
independent resort separate from the rest of Shiga.
