Joetsu Kokusai has a wide range of year round facilities
with a fun summer playland in the summer months. In the
winter Joetsu Kokusai turns bright white. Here are the
main facilities to be found at the resort.

are welcome at Joetsu Kokusai, but 2 runs at the resort
are now skiers-only. |

pipe & Board: |
Now
with 3 half-pipes at the resort and two
separate board parks, the
resort offers a good range of fun time for boarders.

front of the hotel is the new Kids Paradise area.
Carousel, tubing, kids mobile and other attractions for
young children to enjoy. Open from 9am until 4pm
daily. 300 yen per person entrance (under 3 year
olds free). Kids Mobile and Kids Train cost 500
yen each (over 10 year olds). |

Joetsu Kokusai has it's own JR station in
winter - called "Joetsu Kokusai Ski-jo Mae".
Taking the Joetsu Shinkansen from Tokyo to Yuzawa takes about
70 minutes, and from Yuzawa - on the Joetsu local train line -
it takes just 10 minutes to the Joetsu Kokusai Station.
When details of the timetable are decided for the 2002 season,
the timetable will be posted on this page.
There are also daily Shuttle Buses that go to
and from the Resort and Echigo Yuzawa station. (Adults:
300 yen, child: 150
yen). The bus timetable will also be posted on this page
before the ski season starts.
